Russia and Ukraine: exploring the impact of sanctions, the practicalities and ethics of representation and what the future holds

Please join us on 7 April at 6pm at Kingsley Napley or remotely for a fascinating seminar and discussion on the future of Russia’s involvement in the international community, the Ukraine Justice Alliance and the practicalities and ethics involved in representing those subject to, or at risk of, sanctions. We are fortunate to have the following panel, chaired by Áine Kervick, Senior Associate at Kingsley Napley:
Mr. Sergey Golubok – Prominent lawyer and human rights defender, frequently against the Russian Federation
Dr Anna Bradshaw – Partner at Peters & Peters and a co-editor of The Guide to Sanctions
Mr. Ben Brandon – Partner & Barrister at Mischon de Reya, member of the Ukraine Justice Alliance.

There will be a drinks reception after the talk, so we invite as many members as possible to attend in person. Please RSVP to DELF at admin@delf.org.uk, and indicate whether you are attending in person or remotely.
